Wow! Quick, responsive and friendly. We live on a busy road and our dogs use to bolt out the back door and take off running. After 3 days of training (thanks Afton!) they know their boundaries and are loving life outside. We get to enjoy our dogs outside now! I highly recommend Guy and Afton!!!!

Wonderful experience with DogWatch! We called them out to repair a portion of our Invisible Fence who said it would take 6 to 8 weeks for them to come out. DogWatch was able to come out in 2 days. They were able to find the severed wire quickly and fix it. Recommend them for quick service!

I would recommend Dogwatch to anyone looking to electronically secure their property. I reside on Lake Minnetonka and contacted Afton to see if a parameter could be installed on the lakeside of our home after being told by a competitor that the entire house would need the parameter. Dogwatch surveyed the property and expertly installed the electronic barriers as we had requested last year. Our dog now waits for us to lift her over the lakeside barrier in order to go swimming - this also contains her in the property. They recently responded to a call as we thought the parameter might have been compromised within 48 hours. Personal service with a smile and re-education of how to troubleshoot was welcomed. Absolutely "Best in Class"!

Third time I have used DogWatch of the Twin Cities, one day install, flawless, my two labs were running around the yard 20 minutes after they finished. Best in Town.

We compared various styles of "invisible" dog fences, and felt that DogWatch was the best quality and the one that made the most sense long-term. 16 years later, we're still extremely happy with it. Guy got the installation done very quickly and with a minimum of noise and mess. He also spent time in-person, on the phone, and via email to make sure the training was going well. Over the years, the fence has broken several times, and we've had dead batteries and one collar that died, and Guy has helped us consistently with repairs and replacements. One of the best things about Guy is that he responds very quickly, even for minor questions/concerns, and often will help over the phone or via email so that he doesn't need to charge you for a visit.

Guy and Afton were very informative, personal and professional. They cared about my dog and her safety as well as meeting the needs of our family to contain her in the largest space possible. They went above and beyond to earn our business and the cost was competitive. Ultimately prefer a Dad and Daughter business to a commercial business that only sees the dollar signs so the decision was easy to go with Dog Watch. So far so good with training and keeping Coco contained, she loves our yard.

Guy and Afton were absolutely fabulous to work with! Afton was very informative about the services and timely in her responses, both phone and email. Guy provided a great service. He was on time to the installation appointment and spent time with us after training our dog on the new fence. Would recommend them to close family and friends.

DogWatch provided more than an electric fence. With Guy's instruction, they provided confidence that our dogs would remain safely in our yard. We have raised four Boxers over the last decade and none have left the yard. We are grateful to Guy for his service over the years.

I recommend DogWatch for anyone with doggie escape problems! My black lab mix was enamored with chasing cars on the highway. A regular fence and gate across the driveway would have been a nightmare in the winter. After checking out all the possibilities online, DogWatch seemed to be the best. I called, installation was scheduled and done on time. Guy spent plenty of time with me and my dog. After one lap around the perimeter over a month ago, she has accepted the boundary and has stayed well inbounds ever since. I'm sure that if I had a problem, Guy would know and be able to advise a solution. Great company, great fence, great experience!

It really works! I honestly had some doubts about the effectiveness for the 5 dogs we have. Each dog is different, but when we followed the instructions as scheduled we found it it really works for each of them. I am very happy with the invisible fence. The service is excellent too!

Dog watch has been sensational to work with- from the initial quote (very reasonable), to the creative problem solving to get exactly what I wanted- a large area of the yard included but keeping the dog out of the gardens, and since it’s been installed troubleshooting my questions (my dog got out a couple times and it turned out she is so fluffy that she needs slightly longer prongs and Afton got them in the mail and I had them within 2 days). I also dropped my dog’s collar in the dog park, panicked, and emailed Afton who got right back to me (thank goodness I actually found it on a repeat dog park visit). This company has been nothing short of amazing. I got two quotes for our invisible fence and I am so grateful I went with them!!!

DOGWATCH IS FOR CATS TOO! Not only does DOGWATCH keep my dog Coco in the yard, it keeps my cat in the yard too! My cat Oliver likes to go outside for a few hours every day to run and play in the yard. He loves to climb trees and chase away the rabbits too! I used to let him run around the neighborhood but that wasn’t very nice for the neighbors and I was worried about him most of the time. Now I know that Oliver is close by and he usually comes right away when I call for him! I remember the day that Guy helped me train him - Oliver felt the shock and then looked at all of the white flags. He knew exactly what was going on and learned the boundary faster than my dog! DOGWATCH is so much more user friendly that the competition. Last fall my landscapers broke the line and I went out and fixed it myself! It was a simple connection and it’s worked perfectly since! And replacing the batteries is so simple although I haven't had to do it very often. They last a long time! Guy and Afton were just fantastic to work with. I highly recommend DOGWATCH. It has been the best thing I have purchased in the last 5 years!
